General conditions associated with the Lift and Storage of vessels is:Vessels which do not have masts unstepped, must have all sails removed and will be subject to an additional charges for Bracing Shores to compensate for increased loading.All vessels will be subject to the Block Off/Setting down charge. NO OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS OR PERSONNEL may be employed to work on a boat without the prior consent of Bucklers Hard Boat Builders Ltd.Only the owner and his permanent crew may work on the boat. For safety reasons only BHBB riggers may move and reset a boats shores. All vessels are to be kept fully insured by owners whilst in the yard. For everyone’s safety, owners are requested to keep the area around their boat Clean and Tidy; all discarded materials should be placed in the bins provided. Electricity - this is available with a supply/connection charge of £19.50 plus VAT, with a charge thereafter at the current unit rate.
