I write to advise you of our standard tariff for 2011.

The changes we instigated in 2006 make things much more transparent and give you greater confidence in the provision of standard maintenance services. We shall continue to strive for clarity in all that we offer and do for you.

By this we mean "no hidden charges".

The following refers to rates for labour charges only and do not include any materials, which are charged as listed on your sales invoice.

From 1st September 2011
LIFT OUT (Includes wash & block)		£32.50 per metre L.O.A.
SURVEY LIFT		£30.50 per metre L.O.A.
LAUNCH OFF		£22.00 per metre L.O.A.
BOAT STORAGE		£4.40 per metre per week L.O.A.
MAST STORAGE		£4.00 per week
COLLECT/DELIVER (Marina)		£16.00 each way
COLLECT/DELIVER (Beaulieu River)		£32.00 each way

All rigging and mast work charged by the hour.
All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

In addition to the Terms & Conditions printed overleaf, the following apply:
Vessels which do not have masts removed, must have all sails removed and will be subject to an additional charge for Bracing Shores to compensate loading. For safety reasons only boatyard riggers may move boat shores. No mast may be climbed whilst the boat is ashore. Under no circumstances may engines be run whilst the boat is ashore!

Use of the working berth strictly by appointment only! (Overnight charge £32 applies!)

All vessels must be kept fully insured by owners. Owners must keep the area around the boat CLEAN & TIDY and dispose of their waste; failure to do so will result in a litter levy charge of £7.50

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: no outside contractors or personnel may be employed to work on a boat without the prior consent of the yard. You are responsible for the actions of any crew member or subcontractor that you employ and must provide a copy of adequate insurance cover. Failure to do so shall render you liable for any damages caused by them, whether direct or consequential. You must inform the boatyard of their movements and provide an accurate record of dates of working on your vessel. You are reminded that only approved contractors are allowed access to the yard and that we reserve the right to deny access at any time to any contractor for any reason. Failure to comply may result in the removal of your vessel from the yard.

Electricity is by metered supply only. Connection fee is £29.50 & VAT and the charge thereafter is at the current unit rate.

Please note: charges that are "per metre" refer to the overall length of the boat. Therefore if your boat is 30 feet LOA this equates to 9.15 metres and the charge to antifoul paint the bottom will be 9.15 x £24.95 = £228.29 & materials & VAT.

Wherever possible sales invoices will show unit quantities and the charging rate per unit, whether number of hours, linear metres or units used.

*Antifoul painting of sound surface of hull only. Where bottoms are flaking and require additional preparation the extra work will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

**Replace anodes does not include the replacement of anode bolts (if & when required) nor welded anodes on steel hulls (price on application). Additional work will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

***Service seacocks does not include replacement of seacocks or skin fittings. Additional work will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

All prices are given in good faith and are correct at time of printing. The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions or defects whether latent or not. Prices are subject to change from time to time dependant upon prevailing conditions.
