Teak Decks Renovation (sanding and re-caulking), replacement & installation - we can renovate existing but tired teak decks, or install new decks, from traditional to pre-fabricated wood or synthetic systems. Key to any quality teak deck installation is meticulous preparation; this is where our craftsmen come into their own. Normally we would produce our own bespoke wooden decks, where we select the wood, fashion/steam it and build the deck to suit the vessel, where an owner does not wish to run to this expense, then we would use suppliers such as: Moody Deck, Tek Dek, Teak Deck Systems, Synthetic Systems, or we can produce our own made to measure wooden decks, either traditional or modern. |

BHBB Logbook
Please note: All works carried out by our craftsmen will be entered into the Bucklers Hard Boat Builders "Service Log Book", this log book has been produced so that you the owner will have a permanent service record in much the same way you would with a car. The logbook will also include important information about the craft; from name, make and model, engine manufacture and type, hull number, etc. The logbook will contain brief details of works carried out and be stamped and dated by the yard. We request that it should always be kept in the chart table ready for inspection and updating. In time it will build into a useful service history for the craft. |
