In addition to the Terms & Conditions printed overleaf, the following apply: Vessels which do not have masts removed, must have all sails removed and will be subject to an additional charge for Bracing Shores to compensate loading.
All vessels will be subject to the Block off/Setting down charge.

Only the owner and his permanent crew may work on the boat. NO OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS OR PERSONNEL may be employed to work on a boat without the prior consent of the yard. For safety reasons only boatyard riggers may move boat shores.

All vessels are to be kept fully insured by owners whilst in the yard. The owner is requested to keep the area around the boat CLEAN & TIDY.

Electricity is by metered supply only. Connection is £19.50 & VAT and the charge thereafter is 4p per unit. Owner may supply a metered cable or purchase one from the Chandlery. Any vessels without metered supply will be disconnected.
